Put digital clock applet in KDE panel / use default panel 2. Don't hover over panel or do anything 3. See that clock is frozen OBSERVED RESULT Clock is frozen EXPECTED RESULT Clock should be updating constantly SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: N/A macOS: N/A Linux/KDE Plasma: See below (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 5.23.4 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.88.0 Qt Version: 5.15.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Using X11, OpenGL 3.2 on kwin. Changing to 2.0 has same bug. Seconds are enabled in clock applet. Intel iGPU. Theme doesn't matter, happens on kvflat and breeze dark/light too
