SUMMARY
Using Kmail and "Unified Accounts" The issue is if I delete an email from a phone and then open Kmail the deleted emails are still in the Inbox. Can't get the already deleted emails out of the Unified Inbox unless I completely close Kmail and reopen it. Then the emails that were deleted from another PC/Phone will go away.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Delete a email from another source other than the PC running the Kmail2 app.
2. Open Kmail2 and see that the deleted email is still there but cannot interact with it at all.
3. Close Kmail2 and reopen and the emails go to where they should be which is in the "trash"

After checking for mail (in Kmail), if you right-click on the unified folder and click 'update folder', are the deleted emails correctly removed without restarting Kmail?
