Actually the bug was fixed in arch but not yet in neon.

This seems like a similar issue to bug 446805 -- going to CC Neon's maintainer

I've added Kalendar to the list of stuff to be rebuilt when there is a new PIM release.  Rebuild Kalendar is now in KDE neon.
