Are you using the git master version? This might be caused by issues with caching -- see bug #444617 for a possible workaround -- deleting /home/your_username/.cache/KDE/kalendar/ https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=444617 (In reply to Claudio Cambra from comment #1) > Are you using the git master version? This might be caused by issues with > caching -- see bug #444617 for a possible workaround -- deleting > /home/your_username/.cache/KDE/kalendar/ > > https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=444617 Deleting /home/my_username/.cache/KDE/kalendar/ didn't solve the issue. However, I removed the two following repositories : https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:KaratekHD:kirigami/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/ home:KaratekHD:kirigami https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:andresbs:plasma-mobile/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/ plasma-mobile and installed the application using YaST Software from : https://apps.kde.org/kalendar/ And now kalendar launches. Same problem exists on kde neon: Operating System: KDE neon 5.23 KDE Plasma Version: 5.23.4 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.89.0 Qt Version: 5.15.3 Kernel Version: 5.11.0-41-generic (64-bit) Graphics Platform: X11 Sounds like you were using an old version instead of the stable release. Please reopen if the bug reappears on the latest version. (In reply to Carl Schwan from comment #4) > Sounds like you were using an old version instead of the stable release. > Please reopen if the bug reappears on the latest version. I am using version 0.3.1. Please attach a backtrace. And I was responding to the original reporter who indicated using Kalendar 0.1 in their message. (In reply to Carl Schwan from comment #6) > Please attach a backtrace. And I was responding to the original reporter who > indicated using Kalendar 0.1 in their message. Hope this is of some use. New crash information added by DrKonqi
kalendar (0.4.0) using Qt 5.15.2
- What I was doing when the application crashed:
As with the above, simply crashes on launch (specifically I used krunner)
The suggested fix did not work for me.
