SUMMARY
Sometimes the bug seen in the attached screen recording occurs.

OBSERVED RESULT
Sometimes the checkbox to activate Wi-Fi does not become greyed after enabling the airplaine mode.
If I click on the Wi-Fi checkbox while the airplaine mode is enabled, the Wi-Fi is reactivated but the checkbox remains unchecked and becomes greyed out, and the airplaine mode checkbox remains checked.

EXPECTED RESULT
'Enable WI-FI' checkbox should always be greyed out while airplaine mode is enabled

It works very consistently for me on Fedora 34. I wonder if this could be caused by underlying differences in the networking stack between distros.

I can reproduce with a live usb of Fedora 35 running Plasma 5.22.5. A driver bug maybe?
