Can you check whether the crash occurs if you disable canvas acceleration in krita's settings? Created attachment 144238 [details] attachment-6397-0.html tried,nothing changed on 1st startup(or data reset),it 100% runs successful,but crash comes after Halla Rempt <bugzilla_noreply@kde.org> 于 2021年12月5日周日 下午10:25写道: > https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=446519 > > Halla Rempt <halla@valdyas.org> changed: > > What |Removed |Added > > ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- > Resolution|--- |WAITINGFORINFO > Status|REPORTED |NEEDSINFO > Severity|task |crash > > --- Comment #1 from Halla Rempt <halla@valdyas.org> --- > Can you check whether the crash occurs if you disable canvas acceleration > in > krita's settings? > > -- > You are receiving this mail because: > You reported the bug. > 1. Could you tell me is it some specific file which is causing the crash, if yes
can you tell me about the memory statistics (on the status bar) when the file is
opened?
Also, what is the device you’re running this on?

Okay, this seems very strange and I can’t reproduce it!
Sadly, to debug the issue we’ll need logcat output for this. Do you by any chance happen to know how to use logcat?
PS: Just the previous week, to not rely on adb/Google Play for logs, I started working on getting logcat to log inside Krita, but it’s not ready yet :(
Created attachment 144267 [details] attachment-31773-0.html I dont even know what it is,but sure it is some record app right?i will try tomorrow I just changed the language to english for you to unstand and went to developer mode to open tap track and,the crash is gone till now:) But i do record the chinese.ver bug record (Crash-data clear-normal-close and open app-crash) Just Take a look if you have interest And i can repeat this crash on xiaomi 11ultra,so maybe it is some odd of miui? https://youtu.be/hv-zD9rWpnw sh_zam <bugzilla_noreply@kde.org> 于 2021年12月6日周一 下午7:10写道: > https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=446519 > > --- Comment #7 from sh_zam <shzam@sdf.org> --- > > 1.no,it is non-specific,i can hardly get through the main ui,nor even to > > open or create files > > 2.67mb in a3 300dpi new file?maybe you could see the adds-on > > 3.xiaomi mi pad 5 pro > > > > Okay, this seems very strange and I can’t reproduce it! > > Sadly, to debug the issue we’ll need logcat output for this. Yes, it is possible that it is something with MIUI. But we'll need logcat to establish that.
