SUMMARY
Unable to install ksystemlog using "install on linux" button from https://apps.kde.org/ksystemlog/


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use "install on linux" button from https://apps.kde.org/ksystemlog/
2. Select Discover if not set yet, to handle the appstream protocol
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
"Could not open appstream://org.kde.ksystemlog.desktop" error is seen and ksystemlog application is not installed.

EXPECTED RESULT
Install ksystemlog should be possible using the button.

Manually searching for "ksystemlog" in Discover does not return any results.
It is possible to install it from "sudo dnf install ksystemlog"
