Tablet issues are almost never a bug in krita, please first read the documentation and try the solutions provided. I attach a possible useful link for your issue: https://docs.krita.org/en/user_manual/drawing_tablets.html#where-it-can-go-wrong-windows 

Aside from that I will add that this is a poorly written bug report, no information that would be useful to be able to solve any possible bug. Closing
