Created attachment 144128 [details] Screenrecording SUMMARY Please have a look at the screen recording. I find this behavior very unpleasant to the eyes. A fixed staying window would help a lot more as the user doesn't need to spot the specific elements again, when the window suddenly hysterically changes. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Digital Clock -> Right click -> Timezone -> Add time zone 2. Scroll up/down with your mouse wheel 3. Filter text OBSERVED RESULT Please see the screen recording. EXPECTED RESULT A calmly fixed staying window.
