STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. have paired devices
2. add KDE Connect plasmoid to desktop
3. click on its hamburger menu

OBSERVED RESULT
plasmoid enter in resizinf/moving mode

EXPECTED RESULT
observed result should not occur
