SUMMARY
I have `lrzsz` installed both on my local host and on a remote server. I've SSHed into the remote and ran `rz`. This makes a file picker show up on the local machine.

The problem is that Konsole keeps popping up a new file picker lading `~` every 10 seconds or so, while the initial one goes to the background.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. `sudo apt install lrzsz` on both localhost and a remote
2. From Konsole, ssh into a remote
3. From that remote, run `rz`

I get the same thing, but running _Edit > Zmodem Upload_ from the main menu, without running `rz` first, uploads a file correctly for me.
