SUMMARY
I've noticed a regression in functions recently, previously available toolbar buttons like Change text, Unicode block selector, zoom in/out are missing.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the Font Viewer
2. Look at the toolbar
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Toolbar buttons like Change text, Unicode block selector, zoom in/out are missing.

EXPECTED RESULT
Toolbar buttons like Change text, Unicode block selector, zoom in/out are present.

kcms/kfontints: Install kfontviewpart.rc in the right location

Not sure how/when this changed. It used to be "kfontinst" at some point
but it clearly was loking in kfontviewpart for the file.
