It is not possible to add a (existing) Google Drive account. This renders kio-gdrive unusable.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start Dolphin file manager
2. in Places side panel: select Remote Network
3. in View double click: Google Drive. A dialog opens with a button to add a new account
4. click the Add button in that dialog. The dialog changes to Accounts > Add New Account, but there are no input fields, there is nothing that can be done to add the new account (expected to enter login data like user name and password).
