Closing as I'm not using KDE Neon anymore. |
SUMMARY It seems that none of the wine packages are installable - any attempt to install `wine`, `wine-stable`, `wine64` or `q4wine` cause unresolvable package conflicts that would lead to the deinstallation of fundamental system components. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. $ `sudo apt install ` + {wine, wine-stable, wine64, q4wine} OBSERVED RESULT None of the mentioned packages can be installed (conflicts). EXPECTED RESULT It should be possible to install Wine on KDE Neon. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: KDE neon 5.23 KDE Plasma Version: 5.23.3 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.88.0 Qt Version: 5.15.3 Kernel Version: 5.11.0-40-generic (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland ADDITIONAL INFORMATION While I currently have no direct need for wine, it would be nice if it were possible to use it in theory.
