Hi Photon, this is intended behavior. Icons themes can provide only subset of all icons and it still allowed and fine. If cons theme does not provide some icons then you will have exactly the same inconsistency in file manager (for different file types), in application menu, desktop icons, task manager, toolbar icons etc. It is up to icon theme creator to provide as many icons as possible, so that user won't be left with inconsistent experience.
