SUMMARY
Would it be possible to have the Telegram link to the planet change with the language?
Right now is always https://t.me/kdeplanet, but in Spanish we now have https://t.me/kdeplanet_es

I don't know if is easy to change
https://invent.kde.org/websites/planet-kde-org/-/blob/master/layouts/partials/navbar_nav.html#L39
to take a value from i18n or another place and default to https://t.me/kdeplanet if there is no alternative.

Yes, I think it should be that way, it's very important for Spanish KDE community.
