Present Windows has this, and it is necessary to replace it for the Task Manager feature that currently shows Present Windows for only the windows of a specific app

This has been implemented specifically for the Task Manager's use case with https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-desktop/-/merge_requests/713
