STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the system setup program
2. Open the appearance -> Global theme -> Get a new global theme -> Install a random global theme -> Enter the password to authenticate the identity extract
3. Boom! The system Settings crashed and I was in despair <3

OBSERVED RESULT
System Settings crash

EXPECTED RESULT
The theme was successfully installed and used
