SUMMARY
"Places" and "Folders" are not adherent to system-wide disablement of iconography.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Disable all iconography via "system

OBSERVED RESULT
The panels whose identifiers are each "Places" and "Folders" are not adherent to system-wide disablement of iconography.

EXPECTED RESULT
No iconography should be displayed within the panels whose identifiers are each "Places" and "Folders".

Please hide that comment if you can, and forget you ever saw it. Basically, what this bug was asking for was that when a user visits kcm_style and disables all iconography in "Buttons", "Menus", and "Toolbars", disable it in Dolphin's "Places" panel too, since it is a menu.

I think if this is undesirable, put it as RESOLVED INTENTIONAL. FIXED is just wrong.
