When you enter somewhere in systemsettings, in a smaller window.  Instead of sending you back to the list, the top left button does nothing.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a small window, click into Appearance for example
2. try to get back to the main list by clicking "< Appearance"
3. It does nothing!

OBSERVED RESULT
It does nothing!

EXPECTED RESULT
It takes you back to the main list

Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE neon 25th Anniversary Edition

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Workaround is to make the window larger so the categories are always shown, allowing you to navigate
