SUMMARY
If I select any category that has sub-categories (e.g. Appearance) and the window is narrow enough that the top-level category list disappears then it is not possible to go back to the top level list

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch System Settings
2. Select any category in the list on the right that has sub-categories (i.e. has a ">" )
3. Adjust the window width if necessary such that the top-level list is not shown
4. Attempt to go back to the top level list by clicking the heading of the sub-list

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
Top-level list is displayed
