SUMMARY
I just filed a bug against Plasmashell/System Monitor (#445570), and hit "Clone This Bug" to add another one.
To my suprise, It did not opne a clone, but required me to select product "Plasmashell" again, despite the product being selected for the bug to be cloned.

Seems not really in line with the idea of cloning, where I would expect the actual comment to be empty instead.
