STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open KDevelop on Microsoft Windows OS
2.  Click Settings and change Colour Theme to Breeze Dark
3.  Check the top _Global Menu?_ to see if it changed  to dark theme.

OBSERVED RESULT
- When I tried to change the theme, the top menu (global menu?) didn't change colour scheme. This meant it was pretty much invisible.

EXPECTED RESULT
- Top menu (global menu?) should have changed during the theme change - black on white & white on black for dark.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 11 - 21H2 (22000.318)

I'm happy to provide more information to better help look at this bug, i'm also trying to learn C++ so I can get involved :)
