What you're reporting is actually not a bug, but the intended state of affairs.:) If you use a 24px cursor and 150% scaling, 36 is 150% bigger than 24, so that's expected. You just got used to this not happening on X11, which was always a bug. However there is a bug here: thr fact that this *doesn't* happen for all apps. You said it happens with Qt apps, but it's not working for which other apps? GTK? Electron? Custom UI toolkit like Blender? Every other apps besides anything built with Qt?
