inline message when I try unmount a partition of an internal device

Description Patrick Silva 2021-11-14 15:52:22 UTC
SUMMARY
When we try to unmount/remove a removable device in use, Dolphin displays an inline message saying
"One or more files on this device are opened in application <application>." However, when we try to unmount a partition of an internal device in use, the inline message does not say in which application a file is open, it just says "One or more files on this device are open within an application.".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open a file stored in a partition of an internal device that you are able to unmount
2. try to unmount the partition via Dolphin
3.

OBSERVED RESULT
an inline message says "One or more files on this device are open within an application.".

EXPECTED RESULT
the same inline message displayed when we try to unmount/remove a removable device:
"One or more files on this device are opened in application <application>.",

Cannot reproduce consistently. Also Disks & Devices applet has an inconsistent behavior after the provided steps. When the inline message does not tell which app is using the file, Disks & Devices applet opens. When the inline message tells which app is using the file, the Disks & Devices applet does not open.
