SUMMARY 
When trying to share my wifi password to other devices via QR code, the QR code I can display by opening the applet, right clicking the network and clicking "Show network's QR code", is partially obstructed by the applet and cannot be scanned.  This only happens on wayland.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open network applet
2. Right click network
3. Show newtork's QR code

OBSERVED RESULT
QR code is obstructed by applet

EXPECTED RESULT
QR code is not obstructed by applet

Can reproduce. The QR code's popup doesn't cover up the applet popup on Wayland as it does on X11.

This works fine for me with recent Plasma. Is it still broken for you?
