SUMMARY
Can't find dolphin with keywords "file manager"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open KRunner or kicker/kickoff/etc
2. Search for file manager

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin not found

Dolphin found

This doesn't seem to be an issue anymore (on 23.04.1). We have added a few more keywords (https://invent.kde.org/system/dolphin/-/merge_requests/297, https://invent.kde.org/system/dolphin/-/merge_requests/300) and "File manager" has been part of the desktop description for a while. Please re-open if you can't search for it, most likely it's a bug in Krunner or the kicker instead.
