STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use Wayland session
2. enable 'Window geometry: Display when moving or resizing' in 'Movement' tab of Windows Behavior KCM
3. open an Xwayland app
4. resize/move the Xwayland app

OBSERVED RESULT
tooltip that displays window geometry has window decoration. Please watch the attached screen recording.

EXPECTED RESULT
tooltip without window decoration
