SUMMARY
After upgrading a bunch of plasma-related packages today from 5.23.2 to 5.23.3 widgets are now huge, seemingly for no reason (see attached screenshot). Changing the default icon size in Appearance => Icons doesn't solve the problem.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log in
2. Observe that your widgets are now huge
3. Despair
