After upgrading to Plasma 5.23.3, Plasma X11 session is locked to apparently 200% scale. It has nothing to do with screen's physical PPI, it will set scale to 200% by default on anything screen. I can change the scale to 100%, but it has no effect. The scale is locked on 200%.  It's applying this scale on the SDDM login screen as well.

Plasma Wayland session is not affected.
