STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. remove latte tasks
2. add apps again
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Icons become smaller and go white

EXPECTED RESULT
Icons should have the same size and retain the colour from the user's icon package

1. the smaller part I can not reproduce it works just fine
2. no idea why to remove latte tasks though in order to readd launchers as applets
3. if you want to disable coloring for your applets: right click dock -> Edit Dock -> Rearranage and configure your widgets -> hover any applet you want and its tooltip disable autocoloring
