SUMMARY
function "crop video/pic":  option "use project resolution" can't be set as default in settings. 
I often forget it, then video is damaged.  Then I have to correct video, and loose much time.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. function "crop video/pic"
2. option "use project resolution" is not set.
3. I have to set it again and again
