SUMMARY
Minor issue, but I set my lock screen appearance to slideshow, with a picture change time of 24h. Hower, everytime I lock my screen, a new wallpaper is shown. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set lock screen appearence to slideshow
2. Lock the screen
3. Unlock the screen 
4. Lock the screen

OBSERVED RESULT
Everytime the screen is locked there is a different background image

EXPECTED RESULT
For the image to change only after the time specified in settings.

Not sure if this is easily feasible to fix.

Not very fixable because ClockSkewNotifier is still in KWin and not upstreamed.

Is there any situation where this time parameter is actually used?
Its not a very important setting I'd say, so why not just remove it since it doesn't work anyways?
