The issue is caused by the "Media Controls" feature. Workaround - To disable for Google Meet specifically, 1. visit https://meet.google.com/ 2. click on the Plasma Integration icon in the toolbar / extensions menu 3. uncheck the site under Media Controls 4. reload Google Meet This issue now occurs on the recent release of openSUSE Tumbleweed (20241215). It did not before. Unfortunately, it appears the only site where it is not working properly is Google Meet. With the three site options[1], the only option for my workflow is to allow the plugin to work "on all sites" and globally disable the "Media Controls" > "Enhanced Media Controls" ::: References ::: 1 - The plugin has three options for site access: On all sites, on click or on specific sites. |
