SUMMARY
in plasma wayland session you have to enter the password of the wifi after every restart

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install plasma in wayland and log in
2. connect to any wifi network
3. reboot and relogin 

OBSERVED RESULT
the wifi password gets disconnected

EXPECTED RESULT
the wifi should not get disconnected
