SUMMARY
When I open file on Kate, minimize window after it and open file from Dolphin by Kate, Kate window not stays active automaticly, and I need to open Kate manually

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kate
2. Press Ctrl+O or open file by other options
3. Minimize Kate window
4. Open Dolphin
5. Right click to File, choose Open by and choose Kate

OBSERVED RESULT
Kate window stays inactive and minimized 

EXPECTED RESULT
Kate open window again and stays active and not minimized
