SUMMARY
You currently cannot select a primary monitor on Wayland. This means everything like new windows and my dock/menu bar are placed on my (normally secondary) monitor which is very awkward on my setup.

EXPECTED RESULT
Some "primary monitor" checkbox like on X11.

Window placement is not decided by the primary monitor setting.
