User's saved searches that are designated "Show in Footer" are not shown in footer since new theme has been introduced

It is already been fixed. Force refresh your browser with Ctrl + Shift + R.

Also, do double check by force refreshing the site again (on the specific page) before reporting any other bug you might find in the future, because I've fixed quite a few of them (and still fixing more) but unfortunately the browsers cache the CSS and keep using the cache despite updated CSS in the server.
