For example, when the bug report has a missing or an incorrect information, has a grammatical error, etc. is necessary to add a comment to fix those. However, this creates clutter in the bug report page. It would be much better if the editing feature was available like in Fedora and Firefox Bugzillas.

I agree, but this change would need to be made upstream in Bugzilla itself; we can't add it ourselves.
