SUMMARY
The Analyze Panel is a great feature of KStars.
Currently the *.analyze logs are stored in Library / Application Support / kstars / analyse.
I would like to make two remarks :
- This storage place is not ideal and I think it would be better to store it in the same folder as the pictures. The history of the session would be then easily at hand when examining the session later.
- It would also be useful if we could open KStars with a double-click on a *.analyze file . Now this is not possible (at least on macOS).

Jean-Claude,

Thanks for the suggestions.

I guess I disagree with #1 (location of .analyze files). It makes sense to me to store them in a similar way as other types of log files.

Re #2 (clicking on the file to start kstars/ekos/analyze), I can understand how that might be nice, and would not disagree if someone else were going to do that, but am calling that suggestion low priority from my point of view.

Sorry I wasn't more helpful,
Hy
