Screenshot showing the problem

I have "British English" selected as my default language but the KCM displays a warning triangle next to it which if I hover over it shows a tool tip that says: "Not all translations for this language are installed. Use the Install Missing Packages button to download and install all missing packages". I cannot see such a button. See attached screenshot.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If I install the list of missing packages reported by "check-language-support" the warning triangle is no longer displayed.
