Some entries are missing in locations configuration in system settings.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  In system settings go to Applications -> Locations. 
2.  Observe available entries

OBSERVED RESULT
No entries for public share folder and templates folder.

EXPECTED RESULT
All entries should be available.

The user wants to edit Public and Templates folder path too; add them to the list.
