Dev tools with mobile screen

SUMMARY
Items in menu bar are displayed incorrectly, when browsing from mobile device (See the screenshot).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any page on mobile device or with mobile dev tools.

OBSERVED RESULT
The menu items are squished together.

EXPECTED RESULT
The menu items are displayed normally, just like on bugzilla.mozilla.org
