The list only shows languages that currently have any translations for KDE software, and that are are installed. So one of those conditions must not be true. So one of those conditions must not be > true. I manually changed the file ~/.config/plasma-localerc and put LANG=eo.utf8. Now Kate from KDE is now in Esperanto after a reboot. |

Look for Esperanto OBSERVED RESULT Esperanto is not in the list of Add Languages at all. EXPECTED RESULT Esperanto needs to show in the Add Languages list as a select able item.
