SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Plasma in Wayland.
2. Open any app.

OBSERVED RESULT

You will notice the little bouncing animation supposed to play near the cursor does not play.

EXPECTED RESULT

The bouncing animation should play as it does on X11.
