SUMMARY
Konsole 20.12.3 writes only ~ to window title and tab title when using %d or %D.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Konsole
2. Rename Konsole tab name using %d or %D or both.
3. See window title and tab title

OBSERVED RESULT
You see only ~ when you to to other directories in Konsole with cd command.

EXPECTED RESULT
Current directory where the Konsole window is.
