SUMMARY
I set the "Name & Format" configuration parameter as Image-####.jpg. However, every time I save a file, the default file name is Image-####.png and the default extension is .png.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the Settings dialog and set "Name & Format" configuration parameter as Image-####.jpg.
2. Scan an image and save the file.
3. Check the default file name and extension.

OBSERVED RESULT
The default file name is Image-####.png and the default extension is .png.

EXPECTED RESULT
The default file should be Image-####.jpg and the default extension is .jpg.
