So you have two batteries, but it shows zero, huh. Exactly *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 422111 *** |
Created attachment 142960 [details] Direct comparison widget to kinfocenter Battery widget does not show any active battery, even though (for example) kinfocenter knows about them. Operating System: Garuda Linux KDE Plasma Version: 5.23.2 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.87.0 Qt Version: 5.15.2 Kernel Version: 5.14.14-zen1-1-zen (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland Processors: 4 × Intel® Core™ m5-6Y57 CPU @ 1.10GHz Memory: 7.7 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: Mesa Intel® HD Graphics 515 Toshiba Z20t-C detachable tablet It seems like battery widget fetches battery status too early and does not update it anymore. As soon as i undock keyboard and dock it back, it gets informations about keyboard battery, but tablet battery remains undetected. Feel free to contact me for more logs (i have no idea what logs may be necessary). This did not happen on earlier versions of Plasma desktop, but i cant really confirm at which version exactly this thing started. From checking package cache it seems like i had 5.22.5 installed before upgrade, but i can't confirm this for sure.
