There is no text on that page, it's all an image. Highlighter only woks on text. But you can always create a yellow line annotation, make it wider and transparent and draw lines on top of your image. How??? Created attachment 142914 [details] You have to test the okular highlighter on the pdf attached above Hi okular developers! I hope you will see my message! The okular he's got a missing feature. The feature is that there are pdf files wich is a collection of collected images that are not text-adjustable and the highlighter does not work with the pictorial texts.I wish they would add a highlighter feature and make it work with text written on white images combined into a pdf (text unselectble) . This missing feature is present in wps application for Android. I am going to attach pdf file and try to use okular highlighter on it to see what I mean.
