SUMMARY

With plasma 5.23.1 upgrade, when sometimes using the task bar, sometimes it display infinite popup and run in infinite loop.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Happens sometimes (not always)
1. try to open a window from task bar (for sample when clicking on an icon in "boite a miniature" in french , or configuring the task bar)


OBSERVED RESULT
the window appear and disappear very quickly, plasma is unable to respond. Computer must be restart

EXPECTED RESULT
the window should appear only once and plasma should be usable

I attached the logs, we have an infinite loop in the journalctl logs
oct. 25 15:26:06 vincent plasmashell[840]: Could not find DBusMenu interface, falling back to calling ContextMenu()

I must restart computer to stop this message.

ScreenRecording no, but when it happen again I record with my phone (it happen again once today).

I reproduce it by randomly clicking on "Boite a miniature" (sorry i don't know the english name ) .

Seems this time this was for an existing window, but i already have it for a new window, i think so
